This product has been a lifesaver for my family and me. With my two young boys and myself suffering from severe allergies, this has helped us sleep through the night.

The Air Scrubber just didn't seem to work, even after the 6 months of use. All I could tell was the strong smell of the ozone, which my wife hated. My kids had to take nightly allergy medicine to help sleep through the night. So, the product didn't work for us and even made things worse in my home, the ozone smell.

The PREMIERone has no smell of ozone, even on the highest level of odor control. I have my fan run 24/7 and heat/cool when needed. This has given me the best results for a clean feel. The kids haven't needed allergy medicine since installation.

I was curious to know how installation worked, so I watched the tech install the unit. Seeing the two UV light units and the electric filter installed showed me why this worked better than the air scrubber. I can see how it's killing bacteria, viruses, and odor from all angles. Plus, the filter that needs to be replaced every few months is easy to access for a basic homeowner like myself.

In June of 2015, we purchased a home that we were very excited about; however, one of our initial concerns was that there was a strong and distinct musty odor throughout the entire home. This was due to the fact that the former owner had moved out the previous November and there had been very little air flow in the home for a seven-month period. The pervasiveness of the odor started to wear on the both of us, and began to taint our enjoyment of our new home.

Everything changed when we installed a PremierOne germicidal UVC unit and HEPA air filter. By the very night of the installation, we noticed that the smell was gone. Now that we have had the unit for a month or so, we have almost forgotten that pervasive musty odor. We are grateful that the house smells fresh and take satisfaction that we are now breathing clean, healthy air.

I just wanted to drop you a letter to express how satisfied our family is with the PremierOne polarized media air cleaner you recommended to use several months ago. As you know, my wife suffers from severe allergies and asthma. Unfortunately, my children have inherited both of those traits to differing degrees, and it seems to be getting worse as they get older.

Since installing the air cleaner my wife has not had a single attack. She hasn’t even had to get up several times in the middle of the night to take “puffs” from her inhaler, as she had to before the unit was installed. Her allergies also seem to be non-existent after she has been in the house for a while. One other benefit my wife is enjoying is that the filter has eliminated her dusting routine to once per week vs twice a week. With our busy schedules, that really helps. My three children seem to be accruing the same benefits my wife has. I have told several of my friends, colleagues and neighbors about your product. I would be happy to recommend it to anyone.

About 10 years ago I installed a HEPA 500 system in my home which is approximately 70 years old. Recently I had to service the motor assembly and My wife asked “are we going to get it fixed?” I installed this as an extra filter system in my home due to the age and dust in the house. After being without the system for a few weeks I noticed an immediate difference in the house. I have asthma issues so I knew I had to get it fixed. What a difference. I now know that this product has more than paid for itself over the years and I won’t be without it.

Anyone looking for a filter system or looking at adding another system on I would encourage you to look into this system as it truly works.

While working in supply chain and visiting many HVAC customers, I noticed that a majority of the shops were stocking IAQ products and once we decided to stock the units, I wanted to see how the products worked. My son and wife both have allergies and noticed a difference in both of them after a week after installing the 401H with polarized media. They were both sleeping better since they weren’t congested and noticed the sneezing was almost non-existent.

A 403H along with the polarized media was installed as well to help eliminate odors when cooking in the kitchen. When cooking with certain foods that had strong odors, it seemed like the smell would linger prior to the installation, but once the 403H would go through several cycles, the odor would be gone. I highly recommend both units! I’m pushing these internally and to friends and family.
