Polarized Media.
Pollutants in the air can exacerbate serious health concerns like asthmatic attacks, allergic
reactions, and lung issues. PREMIERONE helps you breathe easier with its PureFlo Polarized
Media Air Filters.
- Removes particles down to .01 micron.
- Superior filtration traps germs, bacteria, viruses and allergens better than Merv 11 media
filters
- Effectiveness does not diminish over time like electronic precipitators
- Affordable – reasonably priced with minimal installation/labor cost
- 24 volts and less than 3 watts means electrical consumption is as little as $1 per year
- Filter media pad lifespan is 2-4 months
- Media pads sold in handy 3-packs

Major health worries aside, pollutants can also create reactions that are just plain annoying, like
watery eyes, sore throats, coughing, sneezing, wheezing, dizziness, lethargy, and more. It's the tiniest
particles that can do the most damage. PREMIERONE combats those irritants and helps you breathe easier
with its PureFlo Polarized Media Air Filters.
98% of airborne particulates are measured below one micron. PremierOne Polarized Media Air Filters
can
collect all of them – particulates as small as .01 micron.
The air in your home passes through the furnace several times an hour. That’s why PremierOne PureFlo
Filtration Products are designed to reach peak performance in a multipass environment. 97% efficiency at
.3 microns can be reached within 10 hours.
Making the Whole Home Healthy
With PREMIERONE's HP500 Whole House HEPA Air Cleaner
HP500 Information.
98% of the particles you breath are below one micron. Regular air filters are not capable of
collecting such small particles. But an air cleaner can. The PREMIERONE HP500 HEPA
filter can. It's installed on the return air side of the duct, so it provides maximum particle
collection while still providing maximum airflow.
- Superior filtration traps germs, bacteria, viruses and allergens
- Controls smoke, dust, pollen, and other organic and inorganic particles
- Insulated cabinet offers quiet operation
- 2-speed operation for maximum efficiency
- Easy to maintain
- Pre-filter with carbon lasts 6 months
- HEPA filter lasts 2 years

HEPA filters were originally developed by the Atomic Energy Commission during World War II to
remove radioactive dust from manufacturing plant exhausts. A HEPA filter is considered the
very best filter because in order for it to receive the HEPA filter designation by the Institute of
Environmental Sciences, it must collect 99.97% of a specific particulate that measures 0.30
microns. A true HEPA filter can capture 100% of all particulate sizes ranging from >100 microns
down to 0.01 microns.
The HEPA filter's efficiency comes from the material from which it is made and the unique pleat
within its design. It is made of very thin glass fibers made into paper much the same way wood
fibers are used to make paper. Because a large area must be used to permit the filtration of a
large volume of air, it is pleated to create maximum space.
Not all "HEPA Type" filters are the same, however. "HEPA Type" filters are available
in many
different efficiency levels with the best being only 95% effective in capturing 0.30 micron size
particles – well below the minimum required of a true HEPA. Plus, the pressure needed for air to push
through a forced air furnace is not adequate enough for these HEPA Type filters to be
effective.
PremierOne perfected a filter design that captures both the visible (above 40) microns down to
the invisible (40 through 0.01) micron particulates found in indoor air: the PremierOne HEPA
500 unit. The power requirement is overcome by the separate motor positioned parallel to,
instead of across, the airstream. Polluted air is directed through the filter on a multiple pass
basis. Combined with a pre-filter to capture larger particles, the PremierOne PureFlo System is
designed to maintain its performance rating for up to two years before replacing the HEPA filter
with the pre-filter changed with the carbon filter twice yearly.
PremierOne PureFlo HP500 is installed on the return-side air duct. Because there is zero
pressure drop, it doesn't interfere with the ability of the heating/cooling system blower to
deliver clean, safe, healthy air to the building.
During testing in a typical home, The PremierOne PureFlo HP500 captured 95% of the >0.3
micron particles and 99.9% of the >0.5 micron particles in a 12-hour period.
